Orders & Shipping
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the Philippines.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
For Metro Manila, orders arrive within 2–3 days (Sundays not included).Provincial delivery times may vary based on your exact location and courier schedules.
Do you offer same-day pickup?
Yes—we offer Click & Collect from our warehouse located at Manila area. Place your order online and select “Pickup” at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on your location and order size.
Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes— you may exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the boxes and tags are complete, intact, and not opened.
How do exchanges work?
Email hello@rojo-kids.com or reach out on Instagram @rojokids_ with your order number and request. Once confirmed, customers will shoulder the cost of transportation for both: Delivery of the new item, and Pickup/drop-off of the item being exchanged.
Are sale items exchangeable?
All sale and discounted items are final and not eligible for exchange.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, GCash, and bank transfer. In pop-ups, we also accept cash.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes—installment options may be available via your card provider at checkout.
